Museum and Curatorial Services
Weaver & Associates offers a wide range of curatorial services to museums and interpretive centers, including exhibition planning and development, research and writing for interpretive panels and labels, and preparation of educational materials. We also provide conservation assessments, which can include object condition reports, artifact conservation, and recommendations for correct storage and display of collections. We provide collections care - packing, storing and art handling during exhibit installation and de-installation for private collections and for exhibitions of all sizes. A partial list of recent museum projects completed by Weaver & Associates includes the Memphis Rock 'n' Soul Museum: Social Crossroads Exhibition; Masters of Florence: Glory and Genius at the Court of the Medici for the Wonders International Cultural Series; the Memphis Zoo; Down East Heritage Center, Calais, Maine; The Glory of Baroque Dresden; and the Rudi and Honey Scheidt Art Collection.
